Chapmanville
Regional High School - Architectural and Engineering
Design of a new $17 million Comprehensive Regional High School.
State
of West Virginia - Weirton Building - A 48,000 square
foot 5 Million Dollar office building on the City / County Building
Campus in Weirton, West Virginia.
Oak
Glen Middle School - An 11 Million Dollar, 84,000 square
foot new middle school. Building located on the campus of Oak
Glen High School. This is a West Virginia School Building Authority
Project.
Wheeling
Park High School - Another School Building Authority
Project. This 2.7 Million Dollar renovation and addition provided
the school with enlarged cafeteria / commons space, new food service
for the entire county and Technology space.
The
West Virginia State Police - The firm has worked on
projects in Harrison, Morgantown, Berkeley, Monongalia and other
counties.
The
Wheeling Housing Authority's HOPE VI Project - This
project encompasses 128 new homes built in North Wheeling. Each
were sensitively designed to be part of a Historic District. Cost:
$17 million.
The
Wagner Building at Celoron Plaza - Our staff provided
total renovation of a seven-story historic structure. The 70,000
sq. ft. old warehouse building is listed on the National Register
of Historic places and was converted into "Class A"
office space. Cost: $4 million.
Catholic
Heritage Center - This McKinley-designed adaptive re-use
project for the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston included complete
exterior and interior renovation of the 36,000 sq. ft. former
Seymour Building in Centre Wheeling. The mixed-use facility includes
centralized Archive, Document Repository and Artifact Restoration/Display
spaces for the Diocese, as well as retail and office spaces.
USPS
- Bridgeport - A 3 Million Dollar structural stabilization
using direct drilling and compaction grouting of a 131,760 Sq.
Ft. Post Office
Elm
Grove YMCA addition - The three-story project is over
28,000 sq. ft. and included a new gymnasium, exercise areas, new
locker rooms, offices, weight room areas, pool areas and aerobics
room. Cost: $3.5 million.
The
Children's Home of Wheeling - McKinley
& Associates added a new infill structure between the two
existing buildings. The addition included a gymnasium, meeting
areas and residence rooms. Cost: $1.5 million.
Barnesville
School District (Ohio)
- A new Middle School was built and major renovations to the existing
High School and Elementary Schools were made. All engineering
components. Cost: $18 million.
Wetzel
County Hospital - The firm has designed a new 18,000
square foot wing as well as renovations to operating rooms and
design of a totally new emergence complex. Total Cost: Approx
$3 million.
